The Process

Four Steps.
No Bureaucracy.

From initial inquiry to funded loan, the process is designed around your time and your discretion — not ours.

01

Submit Your Inquiry

Complete our confidential application and upload photographs of your work — full image, detail shots, signature, verso, and any provenance documentation. Every submission is reviewed by a senior member of our team, not an algorithm. We respond within hours.

What to include: Artist name and title · Medium and dimensions · Provenance and exhibition history · Any existing appraisals · Clear photographs from multiple angles
02

Receive a Term Sheet

Based on our internal review and current market data, we issue a no-obligation term sheet outlining the loan amount, interest rate, and term. For well-documented works by established artists, this can happen same-day. Works requiring independent appraisal may take slightly longer.

No credit pull. No financial statements. No judgment. Just a clear offer based on what you own.
03

Appraisal, Shipping & Storage

Upon acceptance, we coordinate white-glove collection or insured shipping to our secure storage facility. Every piece is independently appraised by a credentialed specialist, catalogued with condition reporting, and stored in a climate-controlled, museum-grade environment.

Your artwork is covered at full replacement value under our institutional fine art insurance policy from the moment it leaves your possession.
04

Access Your Capital

Funds are remitted the same day your asset is received and confirmed — typically via wire transfer to your account of choice. Throughout the loan term, you receive regular condition updates and full access to your loan details through the client portal.

No prepayment penalties. Repay the principal at any time and your work will be returned within five business days of settlement.
